Personal Best
This race usually fills up within 2-3 days, so if you want to do this you do need to make your mind up fast. I ran this for the first time last year and it is the toughest race I have done (so far). The full race is 20 miles that includes some very steep hills, a stream, and bogs, but amply rewards runners with wonderful sea views. (a shorter 9 mile version is also available) The race has a unique atmosphere and is well supported. At the finish you even get hosed-down by real firemen!! The fish and chips are top-knotch too!
I think we have a few members who are regulars at this one, don’t we?
It’s full!
Wow! Andy was lucky then!!!
